Courtney has been practicing yoga for over eight years, and became a certified Vinyasa instructor in 2019. Throughout her classes, she enjoys a slower-paced, Hatha style of yoga; incorporating deep healing, asking you to hold postures longer and find your unique breath pattern. Continuing on with her education, Courtney completed her 500hr yoga training in Trauma- Informed, Ayurveda Specialist, and Social Justice in 2021; in hopes of creating a welcoming and healing environment for each and every student. Each class or private will integrate fluidity from posture to posture; focusing on different areas of the body, stimulating the connective tissue, to build flexibility and mobility, circulation and muscle recovery, and relieve tension.
