Holly is passionate fitness and a wellness enthusiast with a love for the outdoors and travel. She found her yoga practice over 13 years ago as a way to connect mental and emotional health with physical health. Holly works as a healthcare professional fulltime and saw a need for healing, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually. In 2018, she completed my 200-hour teacher training through Yama Yoga in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she learned the physical aspects of yoga asana, traditions, and spiritual layers of yoga. Holly's enjoys teaching powerful vinyasa flow classes as well as restorative, slower flow classes and meeting students where they are at. Her classes will provide a creative flow along with meditation, stillness, and reflection. Her goal is for students to leave class feeling inspired, empowered, grounded and centered.
