Holly is a passionate fitness and wellness enthusiast with a strong love for outdoor adventures and travel. Over 13 years ago, she discovered yoga as a means to bring balance between her mental and emotional health and physical health. As a full-time healthcare professional, Holly noticed a need for holistic healing, encompassing not only the physical body, but also the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of an individual. In 2018, Holly completed her 200-hour teacher training through Yama Yoga located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she gained a thorough understanding of the physical postures of yoga, its traditions, and the spiritual layers that embody this practice. Holly is highly experienced in teaching vinyasa flow classes and restorative, slower-paced classes, and she is able to adapt to the needs of each student. Her classes offer a blend of fluid movements, meditation, stillness, and introspection, with the aim of inspiring, empowering, grounding and centering her students by the end of each class.
