Our process starts with a detailed intake where the massage therapist has time to listen and not rush you into your session. This means a 60-minute massage at Mend, is the full 60 minutes of hands on work. We know this is important to you, which is why it’s important to us.
After your session has finished our massage therapist will take you through a detailed debriefing on what they noticed in your body and time to discuss the best plan of action at the end of the appointment, without rushing out of the session.
