One of our registered yoga teachers will create a class that matches your skill level to provide a fun and relaxing time or challenge you. We offer many different styles of yoga with something for everybody. We offer everything from beginner-level classes for those new to yoga or struggling with mobility to challenging classes that focus on improving your strength, balance, and flexibility. Some of our most popular classes are our Vinyasa Flow classes which fall between the beginner and advanced.
